Jerred Lynch has been in the building industry since 1994. He has worked in both commercial and residential construction which positions him to have a keen eye for pre-purchase, new construction and pool inspections.

Jerred’s background includes a carpentry apprentice in 1994 working with a small builder in Sydney doing renovations and extensions.  After completing his Certificate 4 in building in 1999 he started his own construction company, working in the project home industry with his own team for over ten years. In this time, he trained 12 apprentices.

 

As well as building and renovating homes for his clients, Jerred has completed numerous projects for himself.

 

In the commercial sector, Jerred has worked on commercial buildings and service station builds.
